We believe strongly in sourcing the freshest seasonal produce from American suppliers and farms. Our commitment to using sustainable, organic, accepted and managed food stocks mean that we use local produce wherever possible. This is to both support San Francisco food vendors and to keep our ‘food miles’ and carbon footprint to a minimum.
