In general, many of our animals are fed in the morning and late afternoon, but below are some of our most popular pre-scheduled feeding and other attractions. Please check the board at the Main Gate for daily updates.
Penguin Feeding 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Join us at the African Savanna near the Osher Giraffe Lodge for an up-close view of these majestic animals.

You’ll find uniformed docents throughout the Zoo who are eager to answer your questions, tell stories and share their wealth of information with you.
Biofact Carts
Docents and youth volunteers staff carts filled with biofacts of many different animals. See and touch fur, bones, teeth, and learn about the fascinating physiology of animals.
