Join Tenzing, Hillary and Hunter as we celebrate Red Panda Day on Saturday, October 17th!   Discover fascinating facts about wild red pandas from our partners at the Red Panda Network.  Watch our red pandas investigate unique enrichment or learn about pandas from those who know them best at special keeper talks.   Explore other fun activities for kids and adults alike from 10 am to 1 pm at the Red Panda Exhibit!


Activities at the Red Panda Exhibit:
  • Meet staff from the Red Panda Network and learn about their work with wild red pandas
  • Enjoy activities for kids and adults
  • “Lucky Chance Drawing” for a red panda art and a special VIP Zoo tour with all proceeds going to support the Red Panda Network 
  • Learn about ways that you can support red panda conservation efforts

  • 10:15 am keeper talk
  • 11:30 am special enrichment 
  • 12:30 pm keeper talk
