Little Learners Program is back for the Fall!
Our Fall program will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings
Sign up for a full 5-Week Session
Choose from the most convenient day of the week for your little learner:

- Tuesdays: 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
- Thursdays: 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
- Saturdays: 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
Cost: $175.00 per camper; $150.00 for members each 5 week session
Open to children ages 2.5 – 4 years old
Location: Little Learners Cabin, Exploration Zone

Little Learners – Session 1 (Letters A-E)
September 22 – October 24, 2026
Session 1 will cover animals starting
with the letters A through E
Little Learners – Session 2 (F-J)
November 3 – December 12, 2026
Session 2 will cover animals starting
with the letters F through J
About the program:
Before Each Week
Registered families will receive information about the animal facts that will be presented.
Each 90-minute lesson will include:
- Introduction to the Letter of the Day
- Presentation and games of animals at the Zoo that start with the letter
- Fun facts and interesting information about that animal
- Meet and Greet with some of our resident animals, either in the Cabin or on a walk.
Interactive content might include:
- Singing songs, Playing games, Animal Movements and Stretches that participants can try at home
- Art and science activities.
After Each Lesson
Registered families will receive a thank you email, with a quick survey link for participation feedback, and a PDF of an art/science activity they can do at home to extend the lesson about the letter and animal of the day.
