2026 Spring Photo Contest

San Francisco Zoo & Gardens invites you to capture your Zoo day for our Spring Photo Contest! Enter for a chance to get your photo featured on our social media channels and website.

Rules

• Limit up to 5 photo entries per photographer.
• Open to amateur photographers of any age.
• Images that include a watermark or photographer’s name will not be accepted.
• Submissions using AI will be automatically disqualified
• Entries must be taken at San Francisco Zoo anytime after July 1, 2025
• Please submit images electronically in JPG format (preferably 300 DPI). Please do not mail entries into the Zoo as they will not be returned.
• Stay behind barriers and in public viewing areas at all times
• Selfie sticks are strictly prohibited
• Deadline for monthly entries is 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026
