SF Resident Free Day

San Francisco Residents receive free admission with proof of SF Residency. Bring your government-issued ID to the area where tickets are scanned and receive free entry. One free admission per ID provided in which SF residency is shown.

Sunset Fridays

Sunset Fridays, an after-hours event for the whole family, will run on consecutive Fridays through August 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Playfield Lawn. Celebrating World Orangutan Day

All three species of Orangutan are considered critically endangered by the IUCN. Being threatened by various factors, we are on the brink of losing this species. Visit Great Ape Passage to learn more about how San Francisco Zoo is committed to the conservation of these great apes and what you can do to help.

Dog Days

Registered guest may bring their well-behaved, leashed dog to the Zoo on specially announced dates and on a quarterly basis during Dog Days at SF Zoo. Learn how to register and more here: sfzoo.org/special-programs/
