Membership Gift Voucher
San Francisco Zoo Membership Vouchers allow your loved ones to start their Memberships when it’s best for them. Functioning like a gift card, vouchers are redeemable on our website or in person at our Membership Services Office. The membership period doesn’t begin until the voucher is redeemed, which is also when the gift recipient’s name and membership details will be collected. Membership Vouchers make excellent holiday, birthday and baby shower gifts!
*The value of the voucher never expires; however, product availability and prices are not guaranteed after 365 days.
Vouchers will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment, allowing you to either print the voucher and present it to the recipient, or simply forward along the email. Should you lose track of your voucher, contact us at [email protected] or 415-753-7097, and we’ll gladly resend it to you.
“Create Your Own” Gift Voucher
Not sure what to get someone? A San Francisco Zoo Gift Voucher is perfect for those special people on your list. Vouchers are redeemable for tickets on our website or in person at our box office. Vouchers may not be used on food and beverage, or in the gift stores.

Personalized Gift Membership
A personalized San Francisco Zoo Membership is a great gift that is activated on the recipient’s first visit. The gift membership voucher must be brought to the ticket window, where the membership is activated and will last for 365 days. Membership cards and membership benefit information are handed over at this time.
Personalized gift memberships can be purchased online, onsite or over the phone. *Please note, to purchase a personalized gift membership online, you will need the account number of the gift recipient.
