Connect with wildlife and nature in new and exciting ways! SF Zoo offers a variety of educational programs for different age groups and levels. With programs like Little Learners and Zoo Camp, there’s so much for your little one to learn!
Join our Holiday Camps this Thanksgiving and Winter Break!
Holiday Camps 2025
Fall Break (Thanksgiving Week) Camp – November 24-26
Winter Break Zoo Camp -Session 1 – December 22-24
Winter Break Zoo Camp -Session 2 – December 29-31
These 3-day camps will be Monday-Wednesday of each Holiday week starting with Thanksgiving week.
Campers will be grouped by their current grade level (Pre-K – 5th grade)
Pre-K: Must be at least 4 years old to attend and able to use the bathroom on their own.
Kindergarten
1st and 2nd Grade Campers
3rd, 4th and 5th Grade campers
Cost: $450.00 non-members, $400 members

Little Learners Program is back this Fall!
Join us for our Little Learner program on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings starting this Fall.
The San Francisco Zoo’s Education team will host the A, B, C’s of our Zoo Animals with a focus on fun facts and connections to science following the education frameworks and recommendations for early learners from 3 to 5 years old.

Bilingual Camp
Join us for our Fall Adventures Bilingual Camps
This is a special time of year for animals, insects, birds and mammals. Campers will learn about the seasonal changes and animal adaptations in Fall. They will learn with science experiments and nature art, go behind the scenes for special animal encounters, and learn more about conservation in this fun Fall Camp.
Currently offering Spanish and English Groups only for Fall 2025

Conservation Camp for Summer 2026
Join us for our Conservation Camp with week-long Camps (Monday-Friday) with a focus on conservation, animal activism and hands-on art and science. Camp families can sign up for 1 or 2 weeks of animal/habitat exploration and wildlife fun with the team at SF Zoo and Gardens!
June 15th – August 7th
