Taking place on select mornings before the Zoo opens to the general public, Zen at the Zoo offers participants a truly tranquil San Francisco yoga experience. Imagine starting your day with gentle stretching, deep breathing, and guided meditation surrounded by the peaceful sounds of early morning animals and rustling leaves. This all-levels class is taught by a certified yoga instructor and is designed to promote balance, calm, and inner peace.
